Microsoft Office 365 Applications Issue

Support Description


All current students and employees are issued a license for accessing Microsoft Office 365 Applications.  If you are experiencing an issue and need assistance, please report the issue and include the application and a detailed description of the problem.

Common applications include:

Bookings

Class Notebook

Clipchamp

Engage

Excel Forms Planner PowerPoint
Stream Sway Visio Word
Please note that Employee Email, Student EmailOne Drive, Calendar and Sharepoint each have their own service categories for requesting assistance or reporting an issue.
