You can create a Sway presentation from a Word document either directly within Microsoft Word (for Microsoft 365 subscribers) or by importing the file from the Sway homepage. Sway will use your Word document's headings to automatically structure the presentation into sections (called "cards").
1. From eCampus, click on the dropdown arrow next to the file and choose Download.

2. The file will automatically download to your computer’s downloads folder.

3. Next go to the Microsoft 365 Applications page from the icon on my.blinn.edu.

4. From the Copilot page, choose apps, then choose OneDrive.

5. Once OneDrive opens, click Create or Upload and select Files upload.

6. Navigate to the Downloads folder and locate the file to upload.

7. The file will be uploaded to your OneDrive.

8. Locate the file and click on the file name to open it. The file will open in O365 web. The file can then be edited, saved, downloaded to the your desktop, and uploaded to a dropbox if needed.
