Service Description
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing connects an organization’s existing telephony infrastructure and telecom provider (via SIP trunks) to the Microsoft Teams cloud using a certified Session Border Controller (SBC). It allows users to make and receive external Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls directly within the Teams app.
