Service Description
Fax2mail is an online service that allows users to send and receive faxes via email, eliminating the need for a traditional fax machine. It converts faxes to electronic files (like PDFs) and sends them to your email address, and you can send a fax by sending an email to a special fax number. This method is often more cost-effective, secure, and convenient, with some services being cloud-based to further reduce hardware and maintenance costs.
Request Service to add/change accounts, update access/permissions, and set or reset passwords.
What Happens Next?
Submit the Request Service form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
