Support Description
Zoom web conferencing is available to Blinn College faculty, staff, and students. You may access Zoom via cloud services through the eCampus D2L portal or with the Zoom desktop app. This service is for use by faculty or staff to report an outage or intermittent issues with Zoom Connectivity on an Office Computer.
What Happens Next?
Report an Issue. A support specialist will determine the incident's priority based on impact and urgency, and assign it to the appropriate IT Team. Someone from IT will assist you.
