Employee touchpoint reports

- Examples: A manager might see a report showing the number of check-ins they've had with each direct report compared to the company average.
- Tools: HR and engagement platforms, such as Oracle's Touchpoints, provide dashboards and reports for managers to view team activity and engagement levels.
