Service Description
A Duo Mobile bypass code is a limited use code that lets you log in when you can't access your primary Duo-protected device. These codes are for emergencies, such as when your phone is lost, broken, or unavailable, and can be generated by your IT Help Desk. Bypass Code requests require identity verification either in person or via Zoom. Be prepared to make the request in person at one of our locations or connect via Zoom with a camera in order to show your face alongside a valid picture ID.
