Service Description


Request Service to install a new or activate/repair an existing Ethernet port. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email to confirm the information.  Please reply to the email to complete the registration.  Your request will not be filled out until a reply is received.  If the request is for new wired port to be installed, be specific as to location and purpose.

What Happens Next?


Submit the Request Service form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
