To recover Office 365 files, you have several options. For recently deleted files, you can retrieve them from the Recycle Bin. If you need to restore earlier versions of a document, the version history feature allows you to do that efficiently. For a broader recovery needs, the "Restore this library" feature in SharePoint can be utilized to restore multiple files at once. For comprehensive account recovery, administrators can utilize the Microsoft 365 Backup feature available in the admin center. Be sure to check out our related Knowledge Articles.
