Support Description

Common local network printer issues include connection problems (Wi-Fi password, network congestion), software and driver issues (outdated drivers, print spooler errors), and printer hardware problems (paper jams, low ink). 

Report an issue for on-site diagnosis and repair of hardware malfunctions on a local or network printer. Be sure to include the exact location of the printer, the printer name (for network printers), and a detailed description of problem.

Report an Issue. A support specialist will determine the incident's priority based on impact and urgency, and assign it to the appropriate IT Team. Someone from IT will assist you.
