Service Description
VDI, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, is a technology that hosts a user's desktop operating system and applications on a centralized server (in a data center or the cloud) instead of on their local device. Users then access this virtual desktop remotely from almost any device—like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone—over a network connection.
Request Service for new VDI access. Please provide the name of the employee needing access and a preferred date/time.
