Service Description
Remote control allows you to access and use a computer from another device as if you were sitting right in front of it, even if you are in a different physical location. The connection typically happens over the internet using specialized software.
- See the screen: The remote computer's display appears on your current device (e.g., your laptop, tablet, or
- Use the controls: Your keyboard and mouse (or touch screen actions) control the remote computer's cursor and functions.
- Access everything: You can open files, run applications, manage settings, and perform any task you normally would.
Request Service for remote access to a computer. Please provide the location, user(s), reason for remote control, date/time range.
What Happens Next?
Submit the Request Service form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
