Service Description
Used when a former student has reapplied and needs to regain access to their original account. This is normally an automated process. This is only necessary if the automated process was not successful.
Scenario: Student receives acceptance letter but does not receive an activation email to set a password. Student goes to password.blinn.edu and enters the full known Blinn Student email address. Message displays: No Matching Accounts.
What Happens Next?
Submit the Request Service form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
