Support Description
If you have experienced what you think is a possible security incident, you must report it immediately by clicking on the Report Security Issue button on the side of this page, and submitting the form to report an issue.
- Unauthorized attempts to access a system or its data, regardless of success or failure.
- Disclosure of your username and password to a third party.
- Accidental loss of printed materials that contain sensitive information.
- Misplacement of physical storage devices holding sensitive data, such as USB drives, external hard drives, or laptops equipped with such data.
Note: This service only applies to Blinn College data, Blinn College owned devices, or any devices (wired or wireless) connected to the Blinn College network.
Please provide the following details:
- Detailed Incident description
- Date, Time and Location of the incident
- Network connection type (if applicable)
Type of data involved, including:
- Credit card information
- Personal identifiers, such as Social Security Number, passport ID, and driver’s license
- Personal health information
- Any other relevant data
What Happens Next?
The Security Team will maintain and update all necessary documentation along with the resolution of any issues.
