Service Description

Request Service to install a Peripheral Device on an Office Computer or Laptop.

Additional Monitor(s) Department Purchased Special Keyboard
Webcam Speaker
Microphone Headset
Scanner External DVD

 

This service is to request an install of new equipment only.  If you need to Report an Issue with existing hardware, please use the Office Hardware Issue service.

 

What Happens Next?

Submit the Request Service form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
