Report Network Connection issue

Support Description

When reporting connectivity issues, it is important to be very specific.  What campus, building, or room is experiencing the issue?  Is it affecting one person/one campus, or is it occurring across multiple users/campuses? What date and time did the issue start?  What specific websites, if any, are being affected?  The more specific information you provide, the quicker the network team will be able to pinpoint the cause and work toward a resolution.

Examples of Network Connection issues:

  • LAN issue: A slow network in a single office or for computers/devices on the same campus.
  • WAN issue: Difficulty accessing a website, slow speeds for multiple campuses.
  • Internet issue: This is a type of WAN issue, so problems would include being unable to access any websites or online services, or experiencing slow loading times across the web.
