Before you submit ...
- Check for existing software: Review a list of software in our company portal that is already available in the labs and classrooms to see if your needs can be met without a new installation.
- Justify your request: If similar software is already installed, you will need to explain why the new software is necessary for the course's instructional needs. Only software used for classroom instruction or lab use will be installed.
- Lead Time: Please submit your request with 2-4 weeks notice. Late requests will be subject to technician availability and resources.
Please provide the following ...
- Software details: Name of the software. If it is not already available in the company portal, please provide a link to the product website.
- Location: The building and room number where the software needs to be installed.
- Usage: The name of the course that will use the software.
- Quantity: The number of computers that require the software.
What Happens Next?
Submit the Service Request form, and someone from IT will assist you within normal business hours.
