Service Description
Equipment available for checkout includes:
- Laptop
- Tablet
- Hotspot
- Printer
- Projector
- Projector Screen
- PA System
Short Term checkouts are for a period of time less than one month. Extended checkouts are for a length of time greater than one month and require approval from your immediate supervisor. For any laptop or tablet checked out on an extended basis, the user will be required to bring the device to work and log in on campus to let updates download, run, and complete. This must be done every 3 months for the duration of the check out time period.
Out of State/Out of Country
The Academic Technology department must be notified of any device that will travel out of state or out of country prior to travel.
