Equipment (Office) Move

Service Description


When a user moves to another office or location, the equipment associated with the user must be updated in inventory.  The phone location must also be updated for 911 purposes.

Helpful Hints


You may enter information for up to 3 persons per request.

Please provide complete and accurate information such as old/new location, PC, laptop, monitors, docking station, phone, specific peripherals, and a reasonable requested completion date.

Note:  Equipment (Office) Moves must be entered at the Supervisor or Manager level.

What Happens Next?
