Auxiliary Systems Login Issues

Support Description

This form is used for auxiliary login issues such as the inability to login to Pharos, library systems, lab or classroom computers, or any of the Blinn Business Services.

If you are having issues logging in to your myBlinn Portal, eCampus, or eMail, please use the myBlinn Login Issues Service.

Helpful Hints

If you receive a Pharos login type error, "The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer", this would indicate that you are not currently enrolled in Blinn College. Proceed to the front desk for a guest pass.

For all other Pharos login errors, verify that the password being used is the same password used for myBlinn by logging in to the myBlinn Portal by typing in the username and password.  Do not use any saved credentials.  You can also verify your password by checking the saved passwords on a known working device. If your myBlinn login is successful, then resync Pharos by logging to the Pharos Print Center.

What Happens Next?
