Overview
The Polycom CX600, was originally introduced as a Lync phone, but does still function with Microsoft Teams. Key actions for using it with Teams involve connecting via USB to a PC with the Teams client, using the phone's screen for calls/voicemail/calendar, and managing settings like contacts and status through its interface. The phone acts as a dedicated Teams device, letting you make calls, join meetings from the calendar, and manage contacts directly from the phone's interface.
