Access Network Cloud Printers

This article provides step by step instructions on how to add a network cloud printer.

Overview

Most of the printers that are on the Brenham and Bryan campuses are now accessible in the cloud. These cloud printers can be added to a user’s profile without admin rights.  These cloud printers should work with all Blinn Windows devices.

Step by Step Guide

 To add a cloud printer:

 Click Start> Settings> Bluetooth & Devices> Printers & Scanners

1.  Click Add Device Button>Select Work or School

2.  Type where you think the printer is for Example I did BR_AN and it brought up the devices in the Brenham Administration building.

3.  Click the Add device button on the printer you want. It can take 10 to 45 seconds for the process to complete. For devices that are shared. The printer will only be seen by the user. Each user on a shared device would have to add the printer using the same process.
