Overview
You can download the automatically generated captions for your YuJa videos by following these steps.
Step by Step Guide
1. Find the video and hover over it. From the mini-menu choose “More.”
2. From the Media Details screen, scroll down until you see “Accessibility” on the menu at left. Click it.
3. From the Accessibility screen, download the transcript in either plain text or in PDF format by clicking on the respective three dots and selecting “Download”. It will download into your download folder, where it can be retrieved.
4. If no transcripts are available, you can request them to be auto generated. Click the Auto Caption button, select the desired language, then click “Send Caption Request.”
5. The Auto Caption button will change to “Processing” until your request is complete. Once complete, the captions will be available as shown in Step 3.
