Overview
The Poly CX300 USB telephone has the ability to send and receive audio calls via USB connection. However, functionalities such as dialing, answering, and disconnecting calls must now be executed through the Microsoft Teams application on your computer.
How to Make and Receive Calls
To manage calls via Microsoft Teams on your computer, select the Calls icon located in the left-side menu to access the dial pad, call history, and various other calling functionalities. To accept an incoming call, click the notification that appears in the lower-right corner of your screen.
