To clear saved passwords, open your browser's Settings or Preferences, locate the Passwords or Privacy & Security section, and then choose to delete individual passwords or clear all saved passwords by using the "Clear browsing data" feature. The exact steps depend on your specific web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.

Step by Step Guide

For Google Chrome

  • Open Chrome.
  • Click on the Profile icon in the top right, then select Passwords.

For Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge and click the Settings and more icon (three horizontal dots).
  • Select Settings, then navigate to Profiles and click on Passwords.
  • Here you can view, edit, or delete saved passwords. To clear all, go to Privacy, search, and services and then Choose what to clear.

  • Go to Preferences or Settings from the Safari menu.
  • Select the Passwords tab.
  • You can select and delete individual passwords or turn off password saving for the future.
