Page Not Loading in MyBlinn

Overview

A myBlinn page in the portal may not load due to network settings.  A blank white page appears or a time out message is displayed.

 

Problem

Student cannot access add/drop in myBlinn using Chrome or Edge even in incognito mode.

 

Resolution

  1. If you are using WiFi in another school or work environment, try using your phone with WIFI turned off so that you are using your data plan only.  If it works on the phone, it is a firewall issue on the work or school end.
  2. If you are on a Blinn campus, make sure you are connected to eduroam with your Blinn email address with automatically selected DNS.
  3. Try using Google Public DNS or OpenDNS.
  4. You may also need to go to your browser settings and turn off Pop-up Blocker and set cookies to "allow".
