Overview
Dynamic Forms are customized forms used by the Blinn System to aid users in information acquisition and task completion. At times, the form may have difficulty loading due to a few known causes.
Problem
When opening a Dynamic Form the page seems to get stuck on redirecting, produces an error message, or goes to a non-Blinn login page.
Resolution
- As the form is generating, a message appears at the top stating that if the link does not redirect the user can click on the word "POST". Do not click on POST.
- Use a Blinn-supported, up-to-date browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Clear the history/cache on Edge or Chrome.
- Try Edge or Chrome in incognito mode.
