Dynamic Form Access

This article provides suggested resolutions for a Dynamic Form page that does not seem to load properly.

Dynamic Forms are customized forms used by the Blinn System to aid users in information acquisition and task completion. At times, the form may have difficulty loading due to a few known causes.

 

When opening a Dynamic Form the page seems to get stuck on redirecting, produces an error message, or goes to a non-Blinn login page.

 

1. Do not click on POST.
2. Make sure you are using Edge or Chrome.
3. Clear the history/cache on Edge or Chrome.
4. Try Edge or Chrome in incognito mode.
