Sometimes the eCampus viewer is set incorrectly for PowerPoints, but there should be an easy fix.
If the PowerPoint looks like this, then click the View as Page button below the viewer:

The viewer changes to this:
You also have the option to download the PowerPoint and view it directly in the PowerPoint app.
