You can share your camera and screen in new Teams for enhanced real-time collaboration, better understanding through visuals, and interactive presentations, with features like picture-in-picture (Standout mode) or side-by-side views making it easier to present content while maintaining face-to-face connection, crucial for remote work and training. The new version streamlines these options, offering more integrated ways to share physical documents or whiteboards via your camera (Content from Camera) and desktop content, improving engagement.

Sharing Your Screen & Camera (Presenter Modes)
- Join Meeting: Enter your Microsoft Teams meeting.
- Click Share: Select the "Share" icon (up arrow in a box) in the top meeting bar.
- Choose Content: In the share tray, select your entire Screen, a specific Window, or a PowerPoint.
- Select Presenter Mode: Look for options like "Standout," "Side-by-side," or "Reporter" to blend your video feed with the content.
- Include Audio: Toggle on "Include computer sound" if sharing videos.
- Start Sharing: Click "Start presenting" or "Share".
- Stop: Select the red "Stop sharing" button when done.
Sharing Physical Items (Content from Camera)
- Select Share: Click the "Share" icon in the meeting.
- Choose Camera: Select Content from camera.
- Select Device: Choose your camera and potentially select "Whiteboard" mode if sharing a physical whiteboard for better clarity.
- Point Camera: Position your camera to frame the whiteboard or document.
- Share: Click "Share".
Helpful Hints
- Keyboard Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+E to open the share tray.
- Multiple Monitors: Choose which screen to share from the options.
