Overview
On occasion, you might need to download a video you created on YuJa in MP4 format. This can be needed when saving the videos offline for populations that do not have Internet access, or for other reasons. Follow these steps.
Step by Step Guide
1. Open blinn.yuja.com and sign in.
2. Once signed in, click “Manage Media” at the top of the page so that you can go to the top of your file directory and find the desired video.
3. Find the desired video and hover your mouse over it. On the right you will see a small menu bar. Click “More.”
4. From the next menu, click “Downloads” at left and select “Audio and Video Content.” Then click “Download.”
5. From the “Request Download Media” screen, select “Single file,” then click “Request Media.”
6. You will get a confirmation screen. Click “Close.” You should get an email when the videos become available to download. This process may take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours depending on how busy the cloud servers are at the moment.
