If you have a new phone and need to set it up for Duo Universal Prompts, follow these steps.
1. Attempt to login to my.blinn.edu. At the Check for a Duo Push window, click Need help?
Next, at the How can we help? window, click manage devices under “I got a new phone.”

2. You need to verify your identity before managing devices. If you do not have your old phone, call the Help Desk at 979-830-4357 and ask for a Bypass code. Click that option on the Verify your identity window.

If you have a new phone with the same number:
1. Once verified, you will go to the Manage devices window. If your new phone has the same number, press I have a new phone to begin the process.

2. From the Let’s set up your phone window, press Get started.

3. Download Duo Mobile app to your new phone and press Next.

4. In the app, click Add and scan the QR code displayed on the screen or click on your computer Get an activation link instead. If you choose to get an activation link, it will be sent to your email. You will be prompted to name your account and your phone will be sent a verification push to complete the setup.

If you have a new phone with a different number
1. If you have a new number, choose Add a device from the Manage devices window.

2. Download the Duo Mobile app to your new phone.
3. You will be asked to choose an option for logging in from the Select an option window, either with the Duo Mobile app or a Security key. Choose the Duo Mobile option.

4. Enter the number of the new phone you are using then press Continue.

5. In the app, click Add and scan the QR code displayed on the screen (or click on your computer Get an activation link instead). If you choose to get an activation link, it will be sent to your email. You will be prompted to name your account and your phone will be sent a verification push to complete the setup.
