Overview
Once you have access to the desired email account, you can select the address from the "From" dropdown menu when composing a new email.
Step by Step Guide
- Open a New Email: In the Outlook application or Outlook Web App, create a new email message.
- Show the "From" Field:
- New Outlook: Click the Options tab at the top of the message window, then check the box to Show From.
- Classic Outlook: Click on the Options tab at the top of the message windown, then click to select From.


- Select the Other Mailbox:
- Click the From drop-down menu.
- If the other mailbox is not in the list, select Other email address.
- In the pop-up box, type the email address of the mailbox you want to send from and select OK or choose it from the address book.
- Complete and Send the Message: Enter the recipient, subject, and body of your email, then select Send.
