Overview
An email appearing blank in Outlook due to white on white can be caused by font color, hardware acceleration, or corrupted cache, and can be fixed by adjusting font color settings, disabling hardware graphics acceleration, or clearing the cache.
Problem
Opened an email and it is only showing links. Everything else appears blank.
Resolution
Scroll through the open email and try to highlight text. If text is highlighting then there is clearly text in the email but it is set to white on white.
In New Outlook
Settings > Mail > Compose and reply > Message format > Select color
In Classic Outlook
File > Options > Mail > Stationary and Fonts > Composing and reading plain text messages > set font color to automatic
