Overview
The Outlook autodiscover message is a security warning that appears when Outlook is redirected to a new website to configure server settings, often during an HTTP to HTTPS redirect.
Problem
User keeps getting pop-up from Outlook:
Allow this website to configure "blinn email address" server settings?
https: //exchange.blinn.edu/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
Resolution
This prompt appears when Outlook's Autodiscover service requests permission to use the displayed server to configure your Blinn mailbox. Verify that the server address shown is an approved Blinn College address before selecting Allow. If the displayed address is unexpected or unfamiliar, do not approve it and contact the IT Help Desk.
