Overview
Occasionally, a student will encounter an error when navigation in the registration section of myBlinn produces a message asking for a User ID and Pin#. The steps below will help resolve the issue.
Problem
MyBlinn is asking for User ID and pin#.
Resolution
- This means that you have more than on instance of my blinn open either in two browsers, two tabs within the same browser, or on two devices. Close all browsers and try again.
- If you get a Certificate Alert just continue past it.
- Clear all history/cache and make sure the Pop Up Blocker is turned off.
