The Student Data Change Form is used to request a change to your student data, including your Name, Address, Phone, Email, or Emergency Contact.
Step by Step Guide
- Go to my.blinn.edu and log in.
- Locate the Admissions Card and select Admissions and Records Forms or go to:https://www.blinn.edu/admissions/admissions-forms.html
- Locate Student Data Change. Click on Access Student Data Change Form
- Fill out and submit the form.
Additional Information
Admissions will process the name change and your Blinn username and Blinn email address will be updated accordingly. You will no longer be able to login using the old name. Any wifi connection using the old email address will need to be removed and set up using the new email address.
