Schedule Does Not Hold Formatting When Copying
Problem: When pasting a Word or Excel table into Concourse as a Schedule the format does not carry over correctly.
Resolution: This task does not work in Microsoft Edge. Please use Chrome or Firefox to properly paste a Schedule into Concourse.
Syllabus is Not Public
Problem: Some instructors are getting a Concourse error message that their syllabi are not viewable to the public – this is in Concourse public search and via any public links they’ve created. They’ve been approved by the supervisor so they should be public.
Resolution: It’s a good plan to check the public view to see if the item displays. If it does not display in public view that usually means it has not been approved by the supervisor. The message looks like this:

Concourse Table Has No Lines
Problem: When pasting a Word table into Concourse that has lines, the lines do not carry over.
Resolution: After pasting, place the cursor in the table, select the table icon and table properties. Enter a 1 in the Border field. Presto the lines are visible.
Concourse Category Deleted
Problem: A faculty member has deleted their schedule or another category (evaluation, policies) and needs it back.
Resolution:
1.When they delete any section there will be an icon at the top of the screen on the left side labeled Schedule with a green to add. Once they click the icon, it will bring up the schedule input window and they can paste in the Notes section and click save.
2. Alternately, they can save it blank and then go down and click on the yellow edit icon.
