Overview
NelNet is a third party billing system used by Blinn College. As with all third party systems, there are occasional issues.
Problems & Resolutions
P: NelNet gets hung up trying to retrieve the student’s balance or the page never fully loads
R: Make sure you are using one of the supported browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari). Clear browser history/cache. Verify with the Business Office that NelNet is matched to the Blinn Student email address
P: NelNet is not sending a code or student does not know where the code is being sent
R: Verify with Business Services the email address NelNet has on file.
