Overview
Repeated failed logins will invoke certain identity verification measures to ensure the account login is protected from potential bad influencers.
Problem
If a user logs in incorrectly more than three times in a row, a reCAPTCHA will appear.

Click to check the box and try the log in again.

If the users fails again, they will simply see that standard Login Failed screen.

Resolution
At this point, a 5 minute HOLD has been placed on the account. The user will need to wait 5 minutes before any more attempts can be made. Making additional attempts during that time will RESET the clock and the 5 minute HOLD will start over.
Go to password.blinn.edu. Follow the steps on the screen. Request a RESET CODE. This code will be sent to your personal (not Blinn) account on file. Follow instructions on How to Use a Reset Code.
