1. In your eCampus course, go to the Progress menu, and then Classlist.
2. Click the blue Add Participants button and choose Add existing users on the dropdown menu.
3. In the search box, put the name or Blinn ID number of the instructor and click the search icon (or hit enter).
4. Find the name in the results of the search. Click the box in front of the name.
5. Change the role to Instructor. If you do not want the person to make changes to your course, you can choose Observer. HOWEVER, the name will NOT appear on the classlist.
6. Select the section (if your course has more than one section, it does not matter which section you choose).
7. Click the Enroll Selected Users button at the bottom of the page.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once someone is enrolled, you will not be able to unenroll that person. To unenroll the instructor or staff member from your course, you must call Distance Learning (979-209-7298).
- You cannot enroll students. If you need a student enrolled in your class, please call Distance Learning.
